Like you are clearing your throat but then high pitched and not so loud. The noise that is coming out of my laptop is not so fluent (more like you hear it really short several times after eachother).If you are only encountering excessive noise when a device is accessed, it is likely that the device is causing your issue. To determine what components are creating noise, verify that lights on hardware devices, like the CD-ROM drive, are not on when you hear the noise.
